Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Customer service must be contacted for this.
It is not possible to cancel orders that have been shipped. In this case, the return procedure applies.

2. Return Conditions

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

3. Return Process

The return request must be submitted via [email address] or customer service.
After the returned product has been inspected, the return will be approved.
The return fee will be refunded within 5-7 business days by the method of payment.

4. Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping costs belong to the customer unless otherwise stated. However, in the return of faulty or defective products, shipping costs are covered by our company.
