Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Process
Your orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and the cargo company you choose. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed on the first business day.

2. Shipping Fees
Our free shipping campaigns can be applied according to the total amount of the order. If there is no free shipping campaign, shipping charges are reflected in your cart at the time of order and paid at checkout.

3. Delivery Address
Your orders are shipped to the address you specified during order creation. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the complete and correct delivery address.

4. Damaged Product Delivery
We recommend that you open and check the package you have received in the presence of the cargo officer. In case of any damage to the product, please report to the cargo officer and contact us.
